Archive editions ================================================= INSIDE THIS ISSUE ================================================= A HEALING PROJECTION FOR THE NEW CYCLE OF 2003 A powerful transmission and healing projection from the Unarius Brotherhood was received on January 1, 2003 through the channelship of two students at Star Center One in El Cajon, California. This healing projection of high-frequency energies from the spiritual plane of Eros set in motion positive energies to offset the negativity presently expressing on our world, particularly in the Middle East. In the words of the Unariun Brothers: "We are endeavoring to touch that part of those individuals who have yet to learn that striking out against others only harms the individual doing the deed. There is always the higher self that will be affected by the healing energies, and as we are patient, we know it may be sometime before results are seen, but nonetheless we are confident that they will be fruitful." The positive results of the projection have already been evident among the Unarius students, as you will discover when reading the following testimonial of a student's healing experience. * * * As the preparations for the war in Iraq intensified, my fears of war increased. The future looked bleak; I couldn't see a positive future anytime soon. I feared what would happen to my business, and my husband's business, and how we would be able to live financially if a war happens. I became more and more angry with President Bush and wished that he would be thrown out of office. These thoughts and emotions had begun to take hold of my consciousness prior to hearing the New Year's transmission at the Unarius Academy on January 1. As I listened during the transmission to the encouraging words of the Unariun Brothers, I felt as if a black cloud lifted from my consciousness and all my worries and fears began to vanish: "This expression of the negative forces, through war, is their attempt to counteract any positive, forward motion. But we can say with assurance that this, too, will pass. The landing will occur and you will see the positive changes on your earth plane within your lifetime. The plan has not folded. We have long ago passed the point of no return, as you could call it." This began a big turnaround for me. As the days moved ahead, it felt as if the threat of war no longer existed—at least in my mind—it seemed so foreign to me now. Tremendous changes began to take place within my consciousness as I took the Brothers' words to heart: "It would behoove many to address their thoughts, their reactions, for this is where we see an area of backsliding." From then on I began diligently to be aware of my thoughts and reactions and recorded them in my daily journal. I wrote an "appraisal of self," stating the problems I wanted to overcome in this new year. As I took these very important steps, doors began to open up for me and many realizations began to pour in. I now feel like a completely new person. My mind is much clearer than ever before. I have experienced feelings of tranquility and calmness, and a greater attunement to the Unariun Brothers than I have ever felt. I have an overwhelming appreciation toward my spiritual teachers, Uriel and the Unariun Brothers, that is very hard to put into words. But for now I rededicate myself to my progressive evolution with all my heart and soul. May all people one day feel a oneness with the Infinite, as I now feel.—Nanette Breault PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to read the full text of the New Year's transmission, "A Healing Projection for the New Cycle of 2003," send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Academy with your request for a copy. ================================================= TRANSCENDING WORDS The addition of "Sendero a la Luz," the Spanish translation of the "Pathway to Light," on the Unarius website is just the first step of an enormous undertaking to make the Unarius teachings available to people in more than twenty countries where Spanish is the primary language. If I ever stopped to truly contemplate how vast and difficult such a goal is, I would never begin the process! Language develops from experience, which differs vastly from one country, culture, person to another. Our choice of words to describe an experience differs from person to person even among our own close friends and families. Despite the unifying factor of mass communication, the experience one does or does not have with any person, place or thing is very subjective because, as we know, of hundreds of lifetime experiences. To get beneath the surface words, conceive the deeper meaning imbedded in the original text, and then find words that convey that same meaning within the language, culture, and psychic of another person, much less distinct masses of people, is virtually a linguistic impossibility! Yet I find hope in a parallel example that Unarius provides. I envision the Beings on higher dimensions struggling to find "words" to convey fourth-dimensional concepts to those of us still confined to the third dimension by our lack of spiritual growth. What a monumental task they have to try to convey intelligence beyond our conscious knowledge/experiential level, or past-life scenes that we have often purposely blocked out. The translation project is a way of taking action to confront and deactivate the negative energies from the past that have created mental and physical disease within myself and those connected with me. My greatest task is to recognize the emotional blocks that stem from many past lives of abusing language and knowingly manipulating it to subjugate the masses for selfish ends. As I do so, my mental channel becomes clearer to allow a greater flow of wisdom from the true spiritual teachers in any form of communication and translation that are part of the plan they have set in motion. One day humankind won't need a flapping piece of flesh (tongue), an endless variety of obtuse, guttural sounds, or ink scratches on paper to communicate. We will discover that we are neither alone in the universe nor the most advanced life form; that people on other planets and beings in other dimensions communicate mentally, which is much easier and more effective. Such interpersonal, interplanetary and interdimensional mental communication is part of our future! In the meantime, the efforts extended to translate various Unarius publications provide an opportunity to work out karma on many levels with many people around the world. Already Beatriz Rivera Vargas in Costa Rica and Paul René and Asunta Paolini in Perú have volunteered their time and energy in the tricky and subjective process of editing. Their input is much appreciated in this immense endeavor to reach, interrelate with, and inspire Spanish-speaking peoples, by helping to make available the key to the inner worlds of light that Unarius offers!—Lani Calvert, Student Translator for Unarius Click here: to go to "Sendero a la Luz." ================================================= EXCITING NEWS FROM THE AUDIO DEPARTMENT Without question, one of the most valuable teachings tools for Unarius students are the countless hours of audio recordings filled with priceless teachings and projections of love from the Moderator, Uriel, and other Unarius Brothers. Many of the original audiotapes are thirty to forty years old so they have begun to deteriorate as the metal oxide on the tape literally wears off. Now it has become imperative for the audio department to archive these tape recordings in a more permanent form. In order to preserve these beautiful recordings, the Academy has just purchased a professional CD writer, which will facilitate the transfer of all the Unarius audio recordings—whether the original recording is on reel-to-reel tapes or on cassette tapes—to compact disks. Once these digital CD recordings have been made, the CDs will not only serve as a permanent archive of the recordings, but the digital format will allow copies to be made with no loss of quality, which frequently occurs with audio or videotape. In addition, the digital format will provide an opportunity to actually improve the sound quality of the recordings through the application of new digital audio-editing software. Undesirable hiss, static, and extraneous noise can be removed with this new software to create a clean, crisp sound. Several Unarius students have undertaken this tremendous project with the long-term goal of making all the Unarius teachings/books on tape available for purchase on CD, all with a new, improved sound quality! The new digital recordings will also be used to improve the audio quality of Unarius video programs, particularly with such programs as the Lesson Course series that are based on audio recordings that are over forty years old. As one of the students taking an active role in this project, I am excited to work on it and look upon it as a labor of love; for I have recognized that I have been one who has distorted and destroyed the teachings of the Unarius Brothers in many lifetimes.
