Registration is available online, or by telephone, fax, or by mail. Please print this page, complete the registration information form, and fax or mail with your payment to the Academy.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

You many pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express), international money order, or personal check payable to: Unarius Academy of Science (U.S. bank accounts only).

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION will be mailed to you and will include transportation and accommodation information.

CHECK-IN begins Friday, Oct. 13 at 7:00 p.m. at the Unarius Academy of Science.
