As teachers of the whole person, Ernest and Ruth Norman have made possible, through their example, the turn-around of thousands of individuals who had been imprisoned in their emotional problems and situations. As cosmic visionaries, the Normans are forerunners for the new age of Spiritual Renaissance--of logic and reason-- bringing to man an understanding of the principle of evolutionary physics and providing realistic models which answer man's unquenchable desire to know of himself. In 1954, with just a $200 monthly income from a small investment, Ruth, with her husband Ernest, initiated the Unarius Educational Foundation as a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization to provide information about the nature of man and his progressive evolution. The Foundation, through its Academy of Science, an independent college, reaches more than 500,000 individuals through its facilities in teaching, publishing, and the production of television and film documentaries, which air nationally. Ernest Norman was a scientist, electronic engineer, and poet, as well as an advanced clairvoyant. He was inspired to write textbooks on the nature of consciousness and interdimensional physics, to diagrammatically illustrate the principles of energy from a fourth-dimensional level of understanding. Twenty pioneering, landmark books were authored during the seventeen years of Ernest's and Ruth's active association. Because of their great determination and strength--an effort equal to that of many Gandhi's—the work of the Normans soon began to reach interested individuals who were seeking answers to the enigmas of their lives. Requests for information began to arrive from around the world. In order to accomplish this labor of love, the Normans secluded themselves from their families so they could devote all their time to the Mission—an incredible example of dedication and compassion for the many people who were seeking and needing spiritual-psychological help! After Ernest Norman made his transition to the higher planes of light worlds in 1971, Ruth began to receive, from higher spiritual worlds, books describing the curriculum of the interdimensional science of life. From 1972 to 1993, she authored over 80 books of poetry, philosophy, and science, and in 1975, she created the New World Teaching Center. The adjoining Star Center is an inspiration of unparalleled beauty, with murals covering the walls depicting scenes of a crystal-clear environment as viewed on an astral planet! During the teaching sessions and seminars on-going at the Unarius Academy of Science, students are touched mentally by Masters—an example of the attunement process necessary for good mental health. In 1978, Ruth Norman began producing television programs and films, extending the teachings of Unarius to a wider audience and using the psychodrama technique which had been introduced through her pioneering classes in past-life therapy. Students with film and television production experience appeared and soon were training others as the department expanded. Presently, over 100 television programs and three full-length films have been completed. They are presently airing on cable television channels throughout California, as well as nationally and internationally. The many letters received from students throughout the world attest to the great help they have realized. They speak of the various healings they experienced from the inspirational help they received from the Unarius Brotherhood. Many thousands of testimonials describing the healing of major, as well as minor physical and mental problems are on file at the Unarius Center. These healings have been made possible through the student's application of the scientific principles of cause and effect described as a past-life therapy. Understanding the reality of one's continuity, life-after-life and life after death, results in the true knowledge of one's spiritual design and the importance of advancing the progressive intent of one's evolution. In her biography, Bridge To Heaven, Ruth Norman recalls many psychic experiences in which she became aware of the continuity of life after death, flashbacks to past lifetimes, and visions of life on higher worlds. One of her most vivid experiences took place during the period shortly after her husband returned to the worlds of Spirit. She was looking through the window of her home when two unusual, brilliantly-colored birds alighted on the fence during a pounding rainstorm. As she thought to herself how strange it was to see birds flying in the rain, especially ones with such brilliant plumage so unusual for Escondido, California, a great, golden-white pulsating Flame appeared at her side. It was 10 to 15 feet in height! She strongly felt the presence of her recently departed husband, Ernest, and immediately was inspired to write several pages in verse form of the thoughts she received from him in Spirit! In this beautiful verse, Ernest Norman, Raphiel, as he is known by his true spiritual identity, spoke about his transition to the Celestial Planes. He gave an immortal lecture on the nature of man and his progression into higher states of awareness, and how this was true for all souls in future progressive evolutions! Ruth Norman, whose true spiritual identity is the Archangel Uriel, knew without a doubt of the continuity of life after death. After this experience, she was overshadowed by Raphiel and the Brothers of Unarius in carrying out her functions as administrator, author, teacher, healer, and cosmic visionary. Ruth Norman's great drive lay in her visionary awareness of the reality of life as progressive in its development to higher states of intelligence. This knowledge was a part of her because of her own spiritual development as a Hierarchial member of the Unarius Brotherhood. Although, like Ernest Norman, her humbleness was such that she took no credit and simply stated that she was merely the secretary to Infinite Intelligence, one cog in the great wheel of the Infinite Cosmos, the higher self of Ruth Norman (Uriel) is of a vast development, a Universal Radiant Infinite Eternal Light. She has long worked for the benefit of mankind, by the side of Raphiel and others of the Unarius Brotherhood, throughout many, many lifetimes of great significance in the history of Earth and other worlds. Her previous lifetimes, as Socrates, Peter the Great, Charlemagne, Queen Elizabeth I, and Queen Maria Theresa have shaped the future for many countries--all a part of a one-million year progressive plan for the healing of mankind on Earth, which was set in motion by the Spiritual Hierarchy of the Unarius Brotherhood. Her inspirational example continued through her lives as Hatshepsut, Akbar of India, Quetzalcoatl, Atahualpa—the last Inca of Peru, and many others. Perhaps most significant to 20th-century man is the true story of Uriel's incarnation as Mary of Bethany, the betrothed and 13th disciple of Jesus of Nazareth--a prior incarnation of Dr. Ernest L. And so the student thinks that all of the things that have been collected in a thousand or more lifetimes must be justified, all of the hidden mysteries must be revealed, one's body healed, and one's house set in order in just a few short days! The true meaning of life is one in which every individual attains spiritual solvency by attaining the wisdom of self-mastery through a countless and infinite number of lifetimes and experience quotients. Likewise, the horizons of any individual's personal perspective are not broadened by having someone else elevate them into a higher state of consciousness. Wisdom is a personal integration of an unknown and infinite number of factors. Through studying the lesson courses on Self-Mastery and the Psychology of Consciousness, the most important initial steps will have been taken whereby you, too, can climb the same stairway used by all great Masters and Avatars. The most formidable of all diseases is ignorance, a worthy adversary, overcome only by the sharp edge of wisdom. Even though our present-day, third-dimensional science is fundamental, it does not go into the fourth or adjacent dimensions. Either that, or he will reverse the evolutionary cycle and through destructive nuclear power plunge the world back into some primitive beginning. Celestial mechanics is an exact science, and it is absolutely impersonal because it is the Infinite Intelligence, which is the sum-total of all things, as well as the Creative Principle which created these things. In the study of Unarius, let us dissociate the complete interdimensional science from any of the age-old systems of idolatries. They are unscientific and unrealistic. As Jesus said, Do not put new wine in old bottles, lest they burst. There is only one way! Through the doorway of knowledge and its correct usage, you will gradually progress into a higher state of consciousness, correctly placing your particular position in Infinity, which is being expressed through your personal day-by-day experiences.
